Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of experience in IT systems roadmap development.
• 9+ years as an Enterprise Architect.
• 9+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience across ITSM/ITOM/ITFM/HRSD/PPM/SPM.
• 5+ years of experience integrating ServiceNow using REST/SOAP.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs and data model, integrations, and workflows.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and mentor staff on platform capabilities.
• Gather business requirements and translate into technical specifications and design documents.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, MID Servers.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and scalability and monitor system performance.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance in ServiceNow implementations.
• Create technical documentation and provide training to teams and users.
• Provide enterprise architecture guidance and develop architectural products for lines of business.
• Develop system strategy and IT roadmap, and design supporting infrastructure.
• Advise on technology purchases related to data processing and storage.
• Set standards for database structures and query language (SQL, Oracle, Sybase).
• Evaluate feasibility of future projects.
