Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years IT systems roadmap development.
• 9+ years as an Enterprise Architect.
• 6+ years hands-on ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM/ITFM/HRSD/PPM/SPM).

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligning with business objectives and requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure best practices.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs.
• Design and implement integrations via REST, SOAP, MID servers.
• Identify and apply performance tuning forServiceNow scalability and reliability.
• Ensure governance, security controls, and compliance for implementations.
