Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is seeking a ServiceNow Architect in Washington, DC to lead end-to-end architecture for ITSM, ITAM, and change management across the District. The role requires deep ServiceNow knowledge, strong enterprise architecture experience, and hands-on delivery across core modules.

The candidate will design systems, mentor teams, and ensure secure integrations with REST/SOAP, while defining data models, governance, and strategy for scalable IT services.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise architecture experience with ServiceNow platforms.
• Hands-on expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM and SPM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and integrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned to business objectives and requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs and design documents.
• Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP and MID Servers.
• Monitor and optimize performance and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure governance, security controls, and compliance in implementations.
• Create technical documentation and provide training to team members.
