Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead administration, development, and ongoing enhancements of the district's ServiceNow platform. The role covers multiple modules including ITSM, HRSD, S2P, and ITAM, with collaboration across business stakeholders and the District central technology office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Hands-on ServiceNow administration with ownership of an instance (10 years).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, S2P, ITAM.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST and SOAP.
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and data imports.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for the district ServiceNow instance.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow apps including forms, lists, workflows, and reporting.
• Support development across ITSM, HRSD, S2P, and other modules.
• Design and maintain Service Catalog items and end-to-end workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Coordinate with central technology office for development and support.
• Ensure best practices and upgrade readiness; minimize customization.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous process improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations and processes.
• Partner with internal IT teams, vendors, and ServiceNow partners.
