Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow administration experience with ownership of an instance.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow forms, lists, tables, dictionary configurations, business rules, and client scripts.
• Familiarity with UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, update sets, and platform administration.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience building or supporting integrations using REST, Integration Hub, and data imports.
• Experience across ITSM, HRSD, S2P, CSM, or SecOps in ServiceNow.
• Experience in a public sector/education/regulatory environment.

Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring on behalf of its client, a District of Columbia public school system, for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support the development, administration, and ongoing enhancement of the district's ServiceNow platform within the Office of Data and Technology.

This is a hands on role configuring, maintaining, and evolving ServiceNow to support district wide business processes across multiple modules, including but not limited to Source to Pay (S2P), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

The ideal candidate brings strong platform fundamentals, experience supporting enterprise workflows, and the ability to partner effectively with non technical stakeholders across a large public sector organization. The Senior ServiceNow Developer ensures solutions are scalable, user centered, secure, and aligned to district operational priorities, while supporting continuous improvement of service delivery across central office and school based teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary administrator for the district ServiceNow instance, supporting day to day service operations and maintenance.
  
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, including forms, lists, workflows and flows, notifications, and reporting.

• Strong foundational knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including forms, lists, tables, and dictionary configuration, business rules, and client scripts. Required, 8 years.
  
• Knowledge of UI policies and UI actions, roles and Access Control Lists (ACLs), update sets, and platform administration. Required, 8 years.
