Job summary

System One seeks experienced Senior ServiceNow Developers for 12-month+ contracts across Fort Meade, MD, Ogden, UT, or Scott AFB, IL. Onsite Work Model; compensation at $65/hr W2 and active Secret clearance or eligibility.

Ideal candidates will deliver ITSM/ITOM implementations, create forms, reports, and dashboards, and drive upgrades. Candidates must have citizenship and relevant DoD security credentials.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher preferred/eligible.
• 4+ years ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ITSM/ITOM modules and upgrades.
• Strong customer-facing and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM/OMT/TSM/TSOM modules.
• Create forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, and roles.
• Develop dashboards and scheduled reports; integrate tools.
• Coordinate platform upgrades and data migrations.
• Mentor junior developers and work with cross-functional teams.
• Design and build ServiceNow apps and integrations.
