Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Application Developer to support the district’s ServiceNow platform within the Office of Data & Technology. The role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise workflows across ITSM, HRSD, S2P, and other modules.

The candidate will partner with non-technical stakeholders, ensure scalable, secure solutions, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery across central office and school-based teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration.
• Ownership or co-ownership of a ServiceNow instance.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for the Client ServiceNow instance.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow apps, including forms, lists, workflows, notifications, and reporting.
• Support development across ITSM, HRSD, S2P, and other modules.
• Design and maintain Service Catalog items and end-to-end workflows.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical solutions.
• Coordinate with Client for development, changes and support.
• Ensure configurations follow best practices and upgrade readiness.
• Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement of processes.
• Develop technical documentation including configuration details.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and ServiceNow partners.
