Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a Senior ServiceNow Application Developer to support development, administration, and ongoing enhancement of the district’s ServiceNow platform within the Office of Data & Technology.

This hands-on role configures, maintains, and evolves ServiceNow across ITSM, HRSD, S2P, ITAM and other modules, partnering with non-technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions aligned with district priorities.

Qualifications

Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
Ownership or co-ownership of a ServiceNow instance.
Strong knowledge of Forms, lists, tables, dictionary configuration, and scripting.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM knowledge.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary administrator for the ServiceNow instance and day-to-day operations.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, forms, lists, workflows, and reporting.
Support multi-module development including ITSM, HRSD, S2P, and ITAM.
Design and maintain Service Catalog items and end-to-end workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
