Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Senior Business Applications Developer to implement, customize, and support ServiceNow and related applications in a hybrid role based in Brentwood, TN. You will work with ITSM, ITOM, API integrations, and cross-functional teams while mentoring junior developers.

Preferred candidates have CSA/CAD certifications and 5+ years in a developer role, strong JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills, and a solid ITIL/Agile background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications required.
• 5+ years of developer experience and 3–4 years system administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and Glide.
• Experience ITSM/ITIL and API concepts (REST/OAuth).
• Experience building custom applications on ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Lean and agile familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and develop within the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and/or customize OOB apps with no-code/low-code/pro code approaches and best practices.
• Create and support custom applications using ServiceNow tools.
• Assist with integrations and deployments across ServiceNow instances.
• Mentor Associate Developers and participate in code reviews.
• Document code and development processes and procedures.
