Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance our ServiceNow platform. The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Brentwood, TN, with responsibilities spanning development, configuration, testing, and production deployment.

You will collaborate with business teams, apply best practices, and integrate with Jira and Wrike while staying current with SN releases to improve efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required or obtained within 6 months after hire.
• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and/or Developer.
• 2+ years of system administration experience.
• 2+ years of JavaScript development experience.
• Experience building custom applications.
• Experience integrating with third-party applications.
• Previous exposure to large scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure out-of-the-box and custom ServiceNow apps using no-code, low-code, and pro-code approaches.
• Participate in discussions to assess feasibility, effort, and impact of requests.
• Collaborate to apply development standards for consistency across changes.
• Validate requirements with business teams on security and scalability.
• Create, edit, and maintain complex ServiceNow workflows.
• Carry out unit testing and defect resolution, and migrate changes to production.
• Create and maintain technical design and documentation.
• Maintain ServiceNow environment and troubleshoot cross-system issues.
• Integrate with Jira, Wrike, and other third-party apps.
