Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer (Senior Software Developer) in a hybrid role based in Tustin, CA. The candidate will design, develop, and enhance complex ServiceNow applications with strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, and portal development skills.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, CSA or CAD certification, and a solid understanding of ITIL and service management concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or related technical field or equivalent years of experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Experience with ITIL fundamentals and service management concepts.
• Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules: ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/SPM/FSO or Service Portal.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications per specs.
• Code, test, debug, document, and support lifecycle activities.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow using tables, profiles, and tools.
• Adhere to coding standards and SDLC; contribute to Agile processes.
• Create technical and functional documentation; provide ongoing system support.
