Job summary

Revel IT in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to analyze, design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored business solutions and ensure platform uptime and governance.

The role requires extensive experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM), strong JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills, and a track record in platform management and mentoring.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s in computer science, software engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years development experience with ServiceNow.
• 4+ years with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience in Platform Management, Custom Application Development, mentoring, and architecture.
• ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) and/or ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support custom ServiceNow applications, integrations, and workflows.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
• Create and refine prototypes for user testing and feedback analysis.
• Review and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve defects or issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and defects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and ServiceNow governance.
• Mentor other developers, assist in code reviews, and oversee deployments.
• Contribute to evolving standards and best practices.
• Ensure uptime and stability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Adhere to compliance requirements and risk management policies in daily tasks.
• Deliver high-level service within Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
