Job summary
iTech AG is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions for a federal program in a secure, scalable, and compliant environment. You will translate requirements into maintainable platform functionality, build user-facing portals, and support ITSM capabilities in line with mission needs.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, Portal/UI Builder experience, and strong JavaScript and Glide APIs skills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience building custom ServiceNow applications and configurations.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow portal development (Service Portal/UI Builder).
- Proficiency with JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions for federal program needs.
- Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, and UI policies.
- Develop ITSM capabilities and portals (Service Portal / UI Builder).
- Collaborate with architects to implement scalable, standards-based solutions.
- Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies and code reviews.
- Assist with upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Ensure configurations meet security and compliance requirements.
- Document technical designs and share knowledge with the team.
