Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications. The role requires hands-on development across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and related modules, strong JavaScript skills, and adherence to SDLC and agile practices.

The candidate will work with IT and business teams to deliver platform enhancements, optimize workflows, and ensure system reliability and documentation. On-site with potential remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5–7 years in a software related role required.
• 3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow development experience required.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification required.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
• Code, test, debug, document, and support the application lifecycle.
• Build new components using platform capabilities and best practices.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow apps to implement approved changes.
• Create and maintain clear technical and functional documentation.
• Test and debug software to ensure accuracy and interoperability.
