Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain complex ServiceNow applications. You will work within an Agile environment to implement ITIL‑aligned solutions, building components, portals, and integrations while ensuring quality, documentation, and ongoing support.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development, a CSA or CAD certification, and strong JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills. 40‑hour work week with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent years of experience.
• 5–7 years progressive software experience.
• 3–5 years hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification required.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications per specs.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
• Build new ServiceNow components to meet business requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow apps using tables, profiles, and vendor tools.
• Adhere to coding standards, SDLC practices, and Agile methods.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for solutions.
• Test and debug software to ensure accuracy, performance, and interoperability.
• Stay current on ServiceNow platform advancements through training and collaboration.
• Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
