Job summary

Responsibilities include developing HAM Pro/SAM Pro solutions, catalog items, and Flow Designer automations, and integrating with enterprise systems via REST APIs, Import Sets, and Transform Maps. CMDB, CSDM, and ITSM processes are emphasized, with CAD/ITIL preferred.

Qualifications
