Job summary

State of Ohio Computer Center (SOCC) seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support secure ServiceNow solutions within a FedRAMP environment. This on-site role requires five+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong collaboration skills, and adherence to enterprise SDLC practices.

Responsibilities include leading development efforts, conducting code reviews, and mentoring other developers while ensuring platform stability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification or equivalent developer credentials.
• At least five years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience incl. Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer and API integrations.
• Knowledge of secure development in regulated FedRAMP/GCC High environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and integrations per standards.
• Lead reviews, mentor junior developers, ensure timely releases and quality.
• Maintain technical documentation and governance adherence.
• Collaborate with architects, PMs, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
