Kyndryl in Upper Arlington, Ohio seeks an Onsite ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-wide design and implementation for a government client. You will combine strategic architecture with hands-on development to deliver scalable, secure workflows within a FedRAMP-authorized environment.

The role emphasizes platform governance, integrations via IntegrationHub and Flow Designer, and collaboration with stakeholders to translate requirements into high-level designs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Experience in FedRAMP or similarly regulated government cloud environments.
• Strong CMDB and ITOM knowledge (Discovery, Service Mapping).
• US Citizenship or Green Card required.
• Onsite work in Columbus, OH; ability to lead technical sessions.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Strategy: Define the technical architecture for the ServiceNow platform, aligning with CSDM and best practices.
• FedRAMP Compliance: Implement security protocols including ACLs, encryption, and secure coding.
• Integrations & Automation: Design integrations using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Platform Governance: Set development standards, conduct code reviews for health and upgrades.
• Collaboration: Translate requirements into high-level designs and specs with stakeholders.
