State of Ohio Computer Center (SOCC) is seeking a ServiceNow developer to deliver high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions in a FedRAMP‑authorized environment. This on-site role in Columbus, OH requires advanced development skills and disciplined SDLC practices.

The position involves designing and implementing ServiceNow applications, leading code reviews, supporting monthly releases, and mentoring junior developers while ensuring governance, security, and enterprise alignment with DAS OIT

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Secure development in regulated environments (FedRAMP).
Experience supporting complex enterprise workflows and releases.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow apps and integrations.
Build secure, scalable code in line with FedRAMP guidelines.
Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for platform defects.
Collaborate with architects and cross‑functional teams to refine requirements.
Conduct code reviews and ensure quality across the ESM development team.
Support monthly releases, regression testing, and UAT cycles.
Maintain technical documentation and architectural artifacts.
Mentor junior and agency developers on best practices.
Ensure governance and security responsibilities are followed.
Stay current on ServiceNow features and industry trends.
Contribute to process improvements and modernization of development methodologies.
