Job summary

Sigital LLC. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer in Committed Capacity to deliver complex ServiceNow solutions for client accounts. You will mentor junior staff and help shape technical strategy while working independently or with teams to meet best practices.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, client interaction, and risk-aware delivery across multiple modules, supported by a premier ServicesNow partner network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ServiceNow experience.
• US Citizenship is required.
• CSA and CAD certifications are required or preferred.
• Multiple CIS certifications and micro-certifications add value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure custom ServiceNow solutions within client instances.
• Participate in scoping sessions and propose solutions aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to clarify requirements and deliver technical outcomes.
• Perform code and development reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure high-quality delivery in alignment with ServiceNow standards.
