The role emphasizes advanced ServiceNow development including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Pages, and Workflow design with Integration Hub and ATF testing. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full SDLC experience with JavaScript emphasis.
• Proven ServiceNow development beyond the platform.
• CAD and CIS certifications preferred.
• ITIL Foundation Certification or willingness to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications with best practices for workflows and integrations.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Utilize AI developer tools to accelerate JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold high standards and share knowledge.
• Troubleshoot and ensure system reliability with robust design and testing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and processes.
