Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Required Skills: 3 years of experience in prompt engineering, Now Assist and agentic AI.
• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience within ITSM environment.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ability to obtain CSA cert within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain forms, flows, catalog items, integrations, etc.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, process owners, and platform engineers to define requirements.
• Support Agile ceremonies and uphold quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.
• Adhere to and enforce ServiceNow and OneGDIT best practices.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and deployments.
• Participate in Agile software development efforts to ensure quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Developers.
