General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer SME to architect and automate ITAM, CMDB and HRSD workflows for government-focused projects.

You will design SAM/HAM structures, align with CSDM, and integrate ServiceNow with external data sources using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and MID Server configurations. You will mentor junior developers, produce architectural documentation, and support platform upgrades while maintaining current ServiceNow certifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience.
• Expert proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB, HRSD, and ITAM, including SAM and HAM.
• Experience with full-cycle SAM and HAM implementations.
• Deep understanding of software licensing metrics and asset lifecycles from procurement to disposal.
• Experience with ServiceNow Platform architecture, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, JSON, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Performance Analytics.
• Ability to analyze requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Must maintain current ServiceNow certifications.

Responsabilités

• Architect and automate IT Asset Management (ITAM), CMDB, and HRSD capabilities.
• Design and configure SAM and HAM workflows, including license entitlements and lifecycles.
• Align platform with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Maintain CMDB health with data certification, discovery, reconciliation, and health assessments.
• Design and configure HRSD modules and employee portals.
• Develop scripts, rules, and UI components to support ITAM requirements.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and external data sources using IntegrationHub and APIs.
• Establish data governance for hardware and software assets.
• Document technical solutions and support platform upgrades.
• Provide guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.
