Qualifications

• 6+ years of full software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience with emphasis on JavaScript.
• Proven experience as a developer outside the ServiceNow platform with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in advanced ServiceNow development: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Pages.
• Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Reporting, Database Views, Performance Analytics.
• AI Control Tower, NowAssist Skill Kit, Virtual Agent, AI Search.
• Advanced testing using Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Experience designing, building, troubleshooting integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub).
• Hands-on experience configuring Now Assist applications (ITSM/HRSD/CSM/Creator).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and self-awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design and build innovative ServiceNow solutions ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications with best practices for workflows and integrations.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations with REST and SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Utilize AI developer tools to accelerate JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting delivery.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold quality and share knowledge.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability through testing and robust design.
