Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. You will lead ITSM workflows, upgrades, and performance tuning across enterprise processes, using App Engine Studio for custom applications and APIs.

We expect 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, 3+ years with App Engine Studio, and 3+ years delivering Agile sprint projects. Certifications CSA, CAD, and ITIL 4 Foundation are preferred. Availability within two weeks is required.

Job Description

• Enterprise ServiceNow Experience (5+ Years): Demonstrate deep hands-on expertise across ITSM, platform upgrades, performance tuning, and cross-functional enterprise workflows.
• App Engine Studio & Custom Applications (3+ Years): Feature projects where custom, upgrade-safe, scoped applications were designed and built utilizing platform APIs.
• Agile / Sprint Delivery (3+ Years): Frame past delivery history within sprint-based frameworks, backlog grooming, and change review governance.
• Advanced Technical Stack Alignment

Required Certifications Checklist

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ITIL 4 Foundation (or equivalent ITSM experience)
