Job summary

Diverse Lynx, LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Cincinnati, OH with remote work options. You will design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and FSM.

The role requires CSA, CAD, CIS certifications, prior technical leadership, ITIL expertise, and strong requirements gathering and estimation skills. You will mentor teammates and coordinate with clients across projects.

Qualifications

• Must hold CSA, CAD, and CIS certifications.
• Leads multiple ServiceNow implementations across ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and impact analysis.
• Excellent requirement analysis and estimation review.
• Proven project management capabilities in services delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead at least a couple of ServiceNow implementations and manage full lifecycle.
• Review requirements for accurate estimation and scope.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge.
• Oversee deployments, migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map business needs to technical solutions.

Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Remote)

Duration: Full-time

Salary Range: $110,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Description:

• ServiceNow ITSM / ITAM / ITOM / CSM / FSM and other ServiceNow modules
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for 1 module or more
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD certifications
• Experience as a Technical Lead
• Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, understanding Architecture solution
• Understanding customer business requirements and convert to functional requirements
• Responsible for reviewing requirements for accurate estimation
• Experienced in leading at least a couple of Implementation projects in ITSM / ITAM / ITOM / CSM / FSM area and one complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow
• Expertise ServiceNow deployments, ITSM / ITAM / ITOM / CSM / FSM migrations, consolidations, upgrades, integration with other third party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise
• Review, and do proactive analyze and resolve application issues as needed
• Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance to team
• Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standards
• Good to have be ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ITIL V3 foundation
• Should possess good knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
