Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC in Atlanta is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to deliver enterprise ITSM solutions, manage upgrades, and optimize cross‑functional workflows.

The role requires hands‑on expertise with App Engine Studio, custom applications, and Agile sprint delivery, supported by CSA/CAD and ITIL 4 foundations. On-site collaboration with client teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow expertise across ITSM, platform upgrades, performance tuning, and enterprise workflows.
• Experience designing and building custom, upgrade-safe apps using platform APIs.
• Delivery history framed within sprint-based frameworks, backlog grooming, and governance.
• Ability to align advanced technical stacks with ServiceNow capabilities.

1. Enterprise ServiceNow Experience (5+ Years): Demonstrate deep hands‑on expertise across ITSM, platform upgrades, performance tuning, and cross‑functional enterprise workflows.
2. App Engine Studio & Custom Applications (3+ Years): Feature projects where custom, upgrade‑safe, scoped applications were designed and built utilizing platform APIs.
3. Agile / Sprint Delivery (3+ Years): Frame past delivery history within sprint‑based frameworks, backlog grooming, and change review governance.
4. Advanced Technical Stack Alignment

Required Certifications Checklist

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ITIL 4 Foundation (or equivalent ITSM experience)

Submission & Compliance Guidelines

• Availability: Must be ready to start within 2 weeks (10 business days) of the client's selection date.
