Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will lead engagements, manage project delivery, and guide implementation teams while collaborating with ServiceNow account teams to enhance client value.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, maintain project plans and risk registers, and contribute to ongoing methodology improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• 6 years hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations, including multi-workstream or enterprise-scale programs.
• 4 years of client-facing delivery leadership, including engagement with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or minimum 5 years of demonstrated ServiceNow platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 12 years total work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post-sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare all client-facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress.
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Proven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise Software (ideally ITIL related) solutions in client environments.
• Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
