Job summary

RGP is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager in the US ServiceNow Practice to oversee delivery and commercial performance across a portfolio of ServiceNow engagements. You will provide executive client leadership, governance, and ensure measurable business outcomes while coordinating with onshore and offshore teams.

You will guide senior delivery teams, manage risks, and maintain alignment with contracted scope, while driving growth and maturity of the ServiceNow practice at RGP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology or professional services, with progressive responsibility.
• 7+ years leading complex technology implementations or programs.
• 3+ years managing ServiceNow engagements or portfolios.
• Experience with engagement governance, financials, and risk management.
• Ability to translate technical and financial data for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and commercial performance of a portfolio of ServiceNow engagements.
• Serve as senior delivery contact for client executives and sponsors.
• Establish engagement governance, steering committees, and reporting cadences.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor revenue forecasting, gross margin, utilization, and estimate-to-complete.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation or recovery plans.
• Coach and mentor Delivery Managers and Project Managers.
• Partner with Practice Leadership on resource planning and certification goals.
