Job description

Role Overview: A Senior Associate in ServiceNow within the Advisory practice responsible for leading platform implementations, client workshops, team coordination, and platform performance evaluation.

• Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and execution of ServiceNow projects across ITSM, ITOM, or IRM, translating complex client needs into technical solutions. Facilitate client workshops, guide on-shore and off-shore teams through agile deliverables, and evaluate platform performance to identify and resolve issues. Ensure adherence to development standards and prepare progress reports for stakeholders. Uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of three years managing large enterprise systems with focused experience in ServiceNow, including at least one full implementation. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Certifications such as ServiceNow System Administration and relevant CIS modules are preferred. Proficiency in customizing workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript. Proven experience leading agile teams and managing project deliverables. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skills.
