Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Delivery Lead in California to drive engagements from post-sales through successful delivery, ensuring scope, budget, client satisfaction and business outcomes. You will manage all aspects of delivery, lead the project team, prepare plans and risk registers, advance ServiceNow deployments, and collaborate with account teams to expand value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing ServiceNow.
• Completed Certification - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Minimum of 1 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Project.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management/Delivery or certification in project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery
• Lead and manage the implementation project team
• Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
