Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead for its ServiceNow Practice in California. You will manage engagements from post-sales through delivery, align scope and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction while driving business outcomes.

Roles include leading project teams, preparing client and internal deliverables, and identifying opportunities to expand value with ServiceNow deployments. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing ServiceNow.
• Completed Certification - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Minimum of 1 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress.
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
