Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Lead in California to drive engagements from post-sales to successful delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and client outcomes are met. You will lead project teams, produce plans and risk registers, and identify opportunities to add value with ServiceNow account teams.

You will bring 5+ years in ServiceNow, CSA and CIS certifications, and 3+ years in PM/delivery, plus MS Project expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing ServiceNow.
• CSA Certification completed.
• Minimum of 1 ServiceNow CIS certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Project.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management/Delivery or certification in project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress.
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Proven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise Software solutions in client environments.
• Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders.
