Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will lead engagements, manage teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients in a high-impact role.

You are expected to stay current with ServiceNow offerings, work collaboratively with peers and SMEs, and bring strong governance, program management, and senior-level advisory skills to sponsors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations, including multi-workstream or enterprise-scale programs.
• Minimum of 4 years client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or minimum 5 years of demonstrated in-depth ServiceNow platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post-sales to successful delivery, including scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables such as project plans, risk/issue registers, and status reports.
• Drive continuous improvements to implementation methodology and offerings.
