Job summary

RGP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our ServiceNow Practice team. You will lead complex, multi-workstream enterprise implementations, ensuring delivery excellence through governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution oversight.

Base pay range is $150,000 to $175,000 with incentive compensation. The role emphasizes detailed planning, risk management, cross-functional coordination, and executive-level briefings in a client consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in enterprise technology implementations.
• 4+ years leading ServiceNow implementations in a client consulting environment.
• Experience managing multi-workstream and multi-module implementations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed project planning including scope definition, scheduling, milestone planning, and dependency management.
• Establish and maintain governance cadence including status reporting, RAID logs, sprint reviews, and executive updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including Solution Architects, Business Process Consultants, and Technical Leads.
• Manage risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Track financial performance at the project level including burn rate, forecasting, and budget adherence.
