RGP (Resources Connection) is seeking a Principal ServiceNow Solutions Consultant to join our ServiceNow Practice. This senior role leads pre-sales solutioning, proposal development, and advisory delivery across enterprise engagements.

You will oversee end-to-end pursuit development, including SOW definition, staffing models, and delivery scheduling, with up to 50% billable utilization supporting strategic advisory work on ServiceNow transformations. Base pay range shown above.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ServiceNow consulting or advisory experience.
• 5+ years of pre-sales solutioning and proposal development.
• Experience with SOW development, staffing models, and financial modeling.
• Experience advising executive stakeholders.
• Experience supporting large, complex enterprise pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solutioning across strategic pursuits and enterprise deals.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOW), scope, assumptions, and deliverables.
• Create resource plans, staffing models, and delivery schedules.
• Develop ROM estimates, financial models, and pricing strategies.
• Partner with business development to shape and close opportunities.
• Lead client workshops, solution reviews, and executive presentations.
• Advise clients on ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap.
