Job summary

RGP is seeking a Solution Architect / Technical Lead to join our ServiceNow Practice. You will lead design, governance, and implementation across complex ServiceNow engagements, partnering with executives and delivery teams to deliver scalable, outcome-driven solutions.

The role also supports growth of the practice through mentorship, thought leadership, and client pursuits. Base Pay Range: $150,000 - $175,000 with incentive compensation; you will engage in client advisory, architecture

Qualifications

5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in a client-facing consulting environment.
Demonstrated experience serving as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Technical Lead on enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, development practices, governance, and implementation methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead solution design and technical governance across ServiceNow engagements.
Advise clients on platform strategy, architecture, and adoption best practices.
Own the overall technical architecture and design for ServiceNow implementations.
Provide technical leadership to architects, developers, and delivery teams.
Mentor architects and consultants to advance technical excellence across the practice.
Partner with sales and practice leadership to support client pursuits and proposals.
