Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the ServiceNow and Cloud Platform team to support stability, security, and performance of database environments enabling enterprise ServiceNow capabilities.

You will administer and optimize a self-hosted ServiceNow database on AWS, back up and tune performance, assist upgrades, and implement security controls. This role requires onsite work in Chantilly, VA, and TS/SCI with Polygraph and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required.
• 3+ years administering databases in a self-hosted ServiceNow environment.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS database operations.
• 3+ years of backup, recovery, patching, and performance tuning.
• US work authorization without sponsorship; TS/SCI with Polygraph preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize databases for a self-hosted ServiceNow environment on AWS.
• Perform backup, recovery, patching, monitoring, and performance tuning for reliability and availability.
• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, incident troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of database issues.
• Manage AWS database resources and implement security, access, and compliance controls.
