Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation to design, build, and maintain custom ServiceNow solutions in a self-hosted environment. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and collaborate with stakeholders across development, testing, and enhancements.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, 3+ years in ServiceNow dev/config/scripting, and the ability to work onsite in Chantilly, VA. Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• 3+ years of experience developing scoped applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• 3+ years configuring ServiceNow components, including data models, flows, user experiences, and integrations.
• 3+ years scripting in ServiceNow using JavaScript.
• 3+ years supporting self-hosted ServiceNow environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain custom solutions within a self-hosted ServiceNow environment.
• Develop scoped applications and configure platform components, including data models, flows, UI experiences, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and configured solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Apply ServiceNow development standards, scripting practices, and platform architecture principles across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support solution design, development, testing, and ongoing platform enhancements.
