Job summary

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) is seeking a ServiceNow professional to design, configure, and deploy federal/defense solutions. You will contribute to requirements, design, testing, and ongoing platform support.

Role involves developing workflows, data models, and UI experiences on ServiceNow, plus platform modernization and upgrade efforts for mission critical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow experience in architecture, workflows, data models, and integrations.
• Leadership across requirements, design, and delivery milestones.
• Experience with federal compliance areas (DCSA RMF/ATO).
• Procurement workflow automation with REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow solutions for federal/defense clients.
• Contribute to requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop or support workflows, UI experiences, and data models on ServiceNow.
• Assist with platform modernization, upgrades, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
