Job summary

Deloitte France’s Cyber Strategy & Transformation practice seeks a ServiceNow Senior Manager to lead cyber risk, GRC and SecOps programs using the ServiceNow platform and to shape client engagements.

You will oversee IRM, GRC and SecOps implementations including ITSM, ITAM and CMDB, mentor global teams, and translate complex business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while contributing to go-to-market initiatives. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of Tech Risk solution design & architecture experience.
• Strong ServiceNow certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated risk management (IRM), governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), and Security Operations (SecOps) using ServiceNow.
• Oversee ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and SecOps deployments including ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB.
• Mentor global teams and translate client requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
