Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant in Strategy & Transformation within its Cyber Strategy & Transformation team to help clients design, configure, and automate ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps, and Third-Party Risk Management.

You will gather requirements, support workshops, develop designs, test scenarios, train users, and drive adoption. Travel ~50% is expected; certifications such as CSA/CAD or CIS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, info systems, cybersecurity, engineering, IT, finance or business.
• 2+ years implementing ServiceNow in a client-facing consulting role.
• 2+ years designing, configuring, or implementing ServiceNow in ITOM/ITAM/IRM/SecOps/TPRM

Responsibilities

• Support requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture, validate, and document business requirements, user stories, and current-state and future-state process flows.
• Analyze processes, controls, and tools to identify opportunities for ServiceNow configuration and automation across multiple modules.
• Contribute to the functional design and configuration of ServiceNow solutions (forms, workflows, notifications, SLAs, dashboards, reports, roles, access controls).
• Prepare data models, taxonomies, workflows, controls, and reporting requirements for cyber, risk, and AI governance.
• Produce project artifacts including requirements, designs, test scenarios, training materials, release notes, deployment materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to support demos, UAT, defect triage, training, cutover, and adoption.
