Job summary

Deloitte France’s Cyber Strategy & Transformation team seeks a Manager - ServiceNow to lead end-to-end ServiceNow programs for clients, guiding multi-workstream delivery from mobilization through go-live and transition.

The role emphasizes governance, backlog and release planning across IRM, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, and TPRM, plus managing stakeholder expectations and executive reporting. Travel up to 50% is expected; remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years managing ServiceNow programs in a client-facing role.
• 5+ years leading multi-workstream ServiceNow deliveries using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• 5+ years architecting solutions across multiple ServiceNow security/risk modules (IR M, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, TPRM).
• 3+ years managing program financials, executive reporting, stakeholder management, and change control.
• 3+ years managing distributed delivery teams; 2+ full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream ServiceNow programs from mobilization through go-live and transition.
• Standing up delivery governance; backlog, sprint, and release planning across IRM, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, TPRM with architects/product owners.
• Managing stakeholder engagement and executive communications; decisions, change control, status reporting with KPIs.
• Orchestrating cross-functional teams and vendors across onshore/offshore models; mitigating risks and interdependencies.
• Overseeing pre-sales through delivery handoff activities including scoping, estimates, staffing plans, approaches, and transition readiness.
