Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Manager in Cyber Strategy & Transformation to lead IRM, GRC, and SecOps implementations on the ServiceNow platform. You will shape risk frameworks, guide global teams, and translate business needs into technical solutions for clients across industries.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in ServiceNow, strong communication, and prior Big 4 experience. Travel up to 50% is required, with a focus on delivering high-quality cyber risk services.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years in Tech Risk solution design and architecture.
• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementations and architecture.
• Advanced ServiceNow certifications (CMA/CTA) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Security Operations and GRC on ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for integrated risk management, GRC, and SecOps on ServiceNow.
• Design and implement enterprise risk/compliance frameworks aligning with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI, HIPAA.
• Oversee delivery of ServiceNow-based cyber risk solutions.
• Lead ServiceNow IRM, GRC, SecOps deployments including ITSM/ITAM/CMDB and automation.
• Drive continuous improvement with industry best practices.
