Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Manager within the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team to lead ERM, GRC, and SecOps initiatives on the ServiceNow platform for global clients. You will design and deploy enterprise risk and compliance frameworks, mentor diverse teams, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while traveling about 50% as required.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in a related field required.
10+ years in tech risk tech solution design and architecture.
10+ years ServiceNow experience and certifications (e.g., CAD, CISA, CMA/CTA).
10+ years leading ServiceNow implementations and technical architecture.
Experience with ServiceNow IRM, GRC, SecOps modules.
Willingness to travel ~50% and work with global teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute risk management strategies using ServiceNow.
Design and implement enterprise risk and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI, HIPAA).
Oversee delivery of ServiceNow-based cyber risk solutions for clients.
Lead configuration and deployment of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, SecOps modules (ITSM, ITAM, CMDB).
Mentor global teams and contribute to go-to-market strategies and thought leadership.
