Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Manager for the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team in the United States. You will lead enterprise risk and compliance initiatives using the ServiceNow platform, shaping governance, risk, and security operations across client engagements.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong architecture skills, and prior Big4 consulting exposure. Travel approximately 50% is expected to serve diverse clients and industries.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Tech Risk tech solution design and architecture.
• Deep ServiceNow expertise with certifications.
• 10+ years leading ServiceNow implementations and architecture.
• Previous consulting or Big 4 experience.
• Ability to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for IRM, GRC, and SecOps using ServiceNow.
• Design and implement enterprise risk/compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI, HIPAA).
• Lead ServiceNow-based risk solutions delivery with ITSM/ITAM/CMDB/workflows.
• Mentor global teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies for client cyber risk challenges.
