Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration
• 6+ years managing ServiceNow programs or projects in a client-facing role
• 5+ years leading multi-workstream ServiceNow deliveries with Agile or hybrid methods
• 3+ years managing ServiceNow modules: ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps or TPRM
• 3+ years managing program financials, executive reporting, and change control
• 3+ years managing distributed delivery teams and 2+ full ServiceNow implementations
• Ability to travel 50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream ServiceNow programs from mobilization to go-live and transition
• Establish delivery governance and planning across multiple workstreams in partnership with architects and product owners
• Manage stakeholder engagement, executive communications, decisions, and status reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors across onshore and offshore models
• Oversee pre-sales through delivery handoff, including scoping and staffing plans
• Mentor others and provide clear guidance
