Job summary

V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. is hiring a ServiceNow Software Engineer III in Cincinnati, OH.

You will design and support integrations between CRM platforms and ServiceNow, linking customer, company, relationship, account, and contact data. You will build solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts, while enabling automated case intake, assignments, escalations, and notifications.

Qualifications

• Design and support integrations between CRM platforms and ServiceNow.
• Integrate customer, company, relationship, account, and contact information.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and data quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance customer portals, Service Portal, and Employee Center.
• Automate workflows including case intake, assignment, escalation, notifications and approvals.
• Create dashboards and KPIs for case volumes, SLA compliance, resolution times, and queue management.
