You will engage with customers, analyze requirements, and oversee architecture solutions to deliver high-quality results across modules and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Lead in ServiceNow environments.
• Deep ITIL process knowledge with architecture understanding.
• Translate customer requirements into functional specs.
• Review requirements for accurate estimation and scope.
• Led multiple ServiceNow implementations (ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM).

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and ensure delivery of ServiceNow implementations.
• Coordinate with customers, document requirements, risks, and milestones.
• Mentor team members and share technical guidance.
• Review work products and drive issue resolution in production.
