You will design workflows, translate requirements into user stories, oversee partner code, and mentor junior consultants while supporting scoping and workshops.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional services experience in ServiceNow.
• Proven success delivering ServiceNow solutions for external customers.
• Deep expertise in 1–2 ServiceNow offerings and aligned workflows.
• Strong hands-on configuration and testing of partner/customer code.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and workshop leadership.
• Certified: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS aligned with the workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and teams, drive story execution, and guide customers on value.
• Develop deep expertise in ServiceNow offerings and maintain platform health.
• Design sustainable ServiceNow workflows and architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Translate requirements into technical specs, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
• Configure ServiceNow solutions directly and oversee partner code testing.
• Coach consultants on solution design, delivery, and project challenges.
• Support scoping with sales and validate technical feasibility for proposed work.
• Lead customer workshops to assess processes and define future-state solutions.
• Drive complex technical issues to resolution and handoff to customers.
• Provide product feedback and maintain current skills and certifications.
